Mandated training is required by federal or state law, and is critical to maintaining the safety, security and compliance with mandatory training requirements. Workshops have been designed to provide baseline knowledge as well as continually advance employee awareness and skills, as well as improve performance productivity and service. These workshops are designed to include the following components to fulfill annual/periodic training requirements for human services staff:
- Review and acknowledge policies as required by state and/or federal law
- Provide designated continuing education hours
- Review established written procedures and best practices
