Webinar 19 - January 2026: Staffing Wraparound: Best Practices and Creative Solutions for High Fidelity Implementation (Part 1 of 2)
Building on the March 2025 Webinar: Wraparound Roles*, this two-part series takes a deeper look at how to effectively implement High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) roles in the face of real-world challenges. Join us as we explore strategies to sustain High Fidelity Wraparound across diverse contexts—including small or rural counties and agencies with limited staffing—while strengthening connections to natural and community supports that help families maintain lasting progress.
Through practical examples, best practices and innovative approaches, participants will learn how to:
- Adapt Wraparound roles when staffing is limited, without compromising fidelity
- Maintain core Wraparound principles while creatively addressing workforce shortages and geographic barriers
- Leverage natural supports, community partners, and cross-system collaboration to strengthen trams
- Build sustainability into your staffing or HFW programs so families experience consistency and full-bodied Wraparound processes
- Increase linkages earlier to natural and community supports so that families remain supported after formal Wraparound services end
This webinar is designed for practitioners and Wraparound leaders. It will be broken up into 2-parts, January 21st and February 17th. Please enroll for both sessions to maximize learning.
