January 2025: Systems of Care and Wraparound

Join us for an engaging and insightful webinar that brings together representatives from key systems including: child welfare, behavioral health, Tribal ICWA specialist, juvenile probation and education. This presentation will explore how these systems collaborate within the Wraparound framework to better serve children and families, highlighting both successes and challenges with a focus on our youth and families who are juvenile justice served.

Topics of focus will include:

  • Reducing system fatigue and disengagement. 
  • Strengthening aftercare and probation teaming. 
  • Addressing barriers such as waitlists and resource gaps
  • Enhancing Tribal integration in Wraparound.
  • Teaming across systems.

The webinar will conclude with a Panel Q&A, where you'll have the chance to ask system leaders about their experiences and recommendations for improving collaboration to ensure family-centered, holistic care.
