Dementia Training Series: Aging Well & Dementia Prevention

Most U.S. adults say they want to live as long as possible—but only if they can live well. This course explores how to age well by focusing on practical actions and available resources that can help reduce the risk of–or delay the onset of–dementia.

Learning Objectives

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify two common older adult illnesses and their impacts on the individual
  • Describe three risks to aging well
  • Describe two ways to age well and prevent or delay the onset of dementia, and two relevant resources
