CQI Statewide Conference for Child Welfare and Probation

March 27- 28, 2019
UC Davis Conference Center

Continuous quality improvement (CQI) is quickly gaining the time and attention it has deserved in the field of child welfare and probation. Organizations are finding a strong CQI system can inform program development and improvement, contract deliverables, workforce development, and—most importantly—guide improved outcomes for children and families.

Cosponsored by the California Department of Social Services and Casey Family Programs, this conference provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues across the state who are passionate about the development and implementation of CQI systems. Together we will learn from each other’s successes and challenges as we continue to develop CQI strategies and systems that benefit organizations and improve outcomes for children and families.

More than a dozen workshops will be offered that support the continuum of developing a strong CQI system with subject matter experts and county partners.

Who should attend

Child Welfare and Probation leadership, CFSR case reviewers, county managers, supervisors and all those involved with CQI activities. Enrollment is limited: Organizations may enroll up to 10 participants from large counties and up to five participants from small/medium counties.
