The Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice was established in 1999 in response to multi-disciplinary human services evolution and the desire for family-centered practice. In partnership with the California Department of Social Services, a variety of services are provided, including

Research in
  • residential treatment in a family-centered environment
  • family assessment

Conferences
  • California Wraparound Institute

Training
  • family group decision making
  • juvenile probation officers
  • Division 31 training for child welfare
  • wraparound services
  • customized training for best practices

Resource center programs address issues associated with bringing together a variety of local resources to more holistically serve vulnerable families including
