Many types of agency employees come into contact with clients who have short- or long-term mental health problems. The workshops in this section address issues that affect interactions with a range of staff. The content of training sessions can be adapted to the needs of specific classifications of employees or presented in a way that is appropriate for groups across levels, programs or agencies.
